With a fresh start to the new year, many of people choose to have their yearly resolution to be focused on losing weight. Whether it is by eating healthy or exercising, people form all over the world tend to have this goal. January is dedicated to being weight awareness month, which gives more exposure for anyone and everyone to be aware of their health, and show the multitude of opportunities to better oneself.
