At the state championship, sophomore Parker Leverknight warms up for his state championship bout at Hearnes Arena in Columbia, Mo., Feb. 25. Leverknight was the only wrestler on the 11 on the team to wrestle for first place in the tournament. He ended up losing the bout via pin, placing second in the 106-pound weight class, and the team earned third overall.
